Getting your sales on a map is both satisfying and a bit annoying. At least for me. I love the visual part. I love to know, where my dresses and costumes travel. Yet it sometimes irks me to have blank spaces. Like Portugal. Or Irland. Or whole continents. There’s still lots of new land to discover. And of course, it’s always great to send a dress to uncharted land – kind of.
Die eigenen Verkäufe auf einer Karte eintragen hat immer etwas sehr befriedigendes. Aber ein bißchen sorgt es auch für ein „mehr-wollen“-Gefühl. Ich mag ja besonders den visuellen Part dabei. Es lässt sich wunderbar sehen, wohin meine Kleider und Kostüme bisher gereist sind. Aber leider auch, wo noch überall Raum ist, also zu eroberndes Land. Portugal z.B. Oder Irland. Oder gleich ganze Kontinente. Und natürlich ist es immer ein großer Moment, ein Kleid in sozusagen unerforschtes Gebiet zu schicken.

Meine eigene Website und Dawanda, das ich ja inzwischen nicht mehr nutze, decken dabei vor allem Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz ab. Und dann ist da dieser eine kleine Punkt in Kanada, auf den ich ganz besonders stolz bin. Etsy ist zwar mein Ticket für weltweiten Ruhm Verkauf, diesen einen habe ich aber anderswo landen können.
Now, on to my secret plan to conquer the whole of the USA – by sales. I did well so far, I’d say, for just one year of doing it. Though there are states that love my dresses more than others, like California and Florida. Keep buying, people 😉
Mein geheimer Plan ist natürlich, die USA zu erobern – per Verkäufen. Bisher sieht es doch ganz gut aus – für ein Jahr. Auch wenn in einigen Staaten mehr gekauft wird als in anderen wie z.B. Kalifornien und Florida. Nicht aufhören 😉
Oh yes, I almost forgot about another tiny dot worth mentioning: I reached australia!
Und natürlich nicht zu vergessen: Australien habe ich auch schon in der Sammlung. Ein bißchen ist es schon wie Risiko spielen. Kennt das überhaupt noch jemand?
